If you have an issue with your order, please contact our team as soon as possible and we will do our very best to resolve it! Contact admin@pethealthsupplements.co.uk

If you change your mind, you can return your item up to 14 days after receiving it. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the delivery costs of returns unless the reason for return is our fault. We will not accept opened items due to safety regulations.

If you have received a faulty product and require a refund or replacement, please get in touch and we will be happy to arrange this for you. Please provide photographic evidence if possible.

We do our very best to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible! We like to use Royal mail tracked 48 so you get to recieve your vitamins within 2-3 working days of ordering! We do not charge for delivery fees!
